You must initiate the return within 3 days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted after this 3-day period.
Conditions for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can return the item within the 3-day return window.
The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
Record an unboxing video: Ensure you record a clear, continuous video of the parcel being opened as soon as you receive it.

Provide details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video to your communication.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 0313-1001200 business days.
